摘要:
急性腰扭伤是骨科门诊常见病,主要表现为腰部疼痛,活动受限,严重影响患者的生活质量。本病西医主要以消炎镇痛为主,但非甾体抗炎药不良反应大,不利于患者的健康。随着科学技术及现代医学的发展,中医药治疗急性腰扭伤的机制被逐渐阐明,其临床疗效正被逐渐认可,中医药治疗急性腰扭伤不仅可以明显缓解患者疼痛等症状,促进腰椎功能恢复,而且还具有起效迅速、廉价、安全性高等特点。现通过搜索查阅国内外中医药治疗急性腰扭伤的文献报道,从中药、针灸推拿、拔罐、刺络放血、小针刀、穴位注射、正骨手法、运动疗法、综合治疗等方面阐述各自的疗效机制,以期为临床上治疗急性腰扭伤提供借鉴和参考。
Abstract:
Acute lumbar sprain is a common disease in orthopedic outpatient department.It is mainly manifested as lumbar pain and limited activity,which seriously affects the patient's quality of life.Western medicine is mainly anti-inflammatory and analgesic,but non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have great side effects and are not conducive to the health of patients.Along with the development of science and technology and modern medicine,Chinese medicine was gradually to clarify the mechanism of the treatment of acute lumbar sprain,the clinical curative effect is being gradually recognized,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute lumbar sprain can obviously relieve patients' pain and other symptoms,not only promote the lumbar functional recovery,but also has the effect to fast,cheap,high security,etc.In this paper,through the search of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute lumbar sprain the literature at home and abroad,from the traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage,cupping,winding bloodletting,small needle knife,acupoint injection,bonesetting skill,exercise therapy,aspects and so on comprehensive treatment the curative effect of each mechanism are expounded,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of acute lumbar sprain,and reference.
