摘要:
总结陕西省名中医李守朝教授辨治胃癌前病变的临床经验; 李教授认为本病初期在气,逐渐由气到血; 脾胃虚弱为本,痰湿、气滞、血瘀为标,这几个方面互为影响。临证强调正气的重要作用,治以益气健脾为主要治疗原则,治法上强调辨证论治为先,以补虚为主; 注重脾胃生理特性,用药轻灵; 脾胃升降平衡,寒热平调; 通络活血化瘀,气血兼顾。
Abstract:
Professor LI Shouchao is a famous Chinese medicine of Shaanxi Province and his clinical experience in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer was summarized in the paper.Professor LI believes that in the early stage of the disease,Qi gradually changes from Qi to blood.Spleen and stomach weakness is the basis,phlegm is wet,qi is stagnated and blood stasis are the sign,which affected each other.Clinical syndrome emphasizes the important role of positive Qi,and the treatment is based on the principle of benefiting qi and invigorating the spleen.In the treatment method,it emphasizes syndrome diagnosis and treatment as the first,and mainly on tonifying deficiency; it pays attention to the physiological characteristics of the spleen and stomach,and the medicine is light and smart; the spleen and stomach rise and fall in balance,and the cold and heat level; it can dredge collaterals,activate blood and remove stasis,and give consideration to both qi and blood.
