摘要:
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)是以肝细胞脂肪变性和脂质贮积为主要特征的临床病理综合征,发病率增长迅速且呈低龄化发展趋势,已成为全球最常见的慢性肝病。中医认为脾运失职,转输失司,水湿内停,湿热内蕴,痰浊郁结,瘀血阻滞,最终形成湿浊痰瘀互结,痹阻肝脏脉络是NAFLD发生的主要机制,故治脾应贯穿于NAFLD证治的始终。因此,NAFLD的临床辨治应从健脾疏肝、实脾利湿、温脾和肝、滋阴柔肝、固脾化瘀等角度探析,以期为NAFLD的中医证治提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a clinicopathological syndrome characterized by hepatic steatosis and lipid storage.The incidence rate is growing rapidly and showing a trend of younger age.It has become the most common chronic liver disease in the world.Chinese medicine believes that the spleen is dereliction of duty,transferred to the loss of the company,water and dampness stop,dampness and heat content,phlegm and stagnation,blood stasis,and eventually form wet and phlegm and blood stasis,and block the liver veins is the main mechanism of NAFLD,so the treatment of spleen should run through the treatment of NAFLD.Therefore,the clinical differentiation and treatment of NAFLD should be explored from the perspectives of strengthening the spleen and relieving the liver,solid spleen and dampness,warming the spleen and liver,nourishing yin and softening the liver,solidifying the spleen and removing blood stasis,etc,with a view to providing a reference basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of NAFLD.
