摘要:
目的:探讨针刺联合六味地黄丸加减治疗糖尿病前期的临床疗效及对血糖、血脂、体重指数、血压和生活质量的影响。方法:选取60例糖尿病前期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予六味地黄丸治疗; 试验组在对照组治疗的基础上联合针刺治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血糖、血脂、体重指数、血压和生活质量。结果:试验组治疗后的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者的中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、体重指数、血压及糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分低于对照组,试验组高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病前期可以减轻胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖水平,改善临床症状和生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of early diabetes mellitus and its effects on blood glucose,blood lipids,body mass index,blood pressure and quality of life.Methods:Sixty patients with early diabetes mellitus were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang pill,the experimental group was treated with acupuncture in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose,lipids,body mass index,blood pressure and quality life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was 96.67%,which was 90.00% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,serum insulin,2 h postprandial insulin,cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,body mass index,blood pressure and DSQL of patients with diabetes in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the level of high density lipoprotein in experimental group was higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill in the treatment of early diabetes mellitus can reduce insulin resistance,reduce blood glucose level,improve clinical manifestations and quality of life.
