摘 要 目的 ：探讨分析疏肝活血养心方在抑郁症患者中的临床应用效果，及治疗方案的安全性分析。方法： 将143例抑郁症患者纳为研究对象，所有患者符合抑郁症诊断标准且自愿参与研究，告知患者本次研究方案，依照其治疗意愿进行分组，对照组70例患者采用常规西药治疗，观察组73例患者则给予疏肝活血养心方治疗，分析两组患者的临床疗效及治疗安全性，观察不同时段患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）的变化情况。结果：经过2个月的治疗，两组患者均有改善，但观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组，且观察组不良反应的发生率更低，组间比较结果有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前与治疗后1月两组患者HAMD评分差异不明显，但治疗后2月组间评分差异较大，观察组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：常规西药治疗抑郁症有一定的疗效，但会发生较多不良反应，同时对于患者的抑郁改善效果并不稳定，中药方剂不但降低了不良反应的发生率，同时对于抑郁患者的症状改善更加显著，疏肝活血养心方治疗抑郁症安全有效。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective ：To explore the clinical application of Shugan Huoxue Yangxin decoction in patients with depression and analyze the safety of the treatment plan. Methods: 143 depression patients diagnosed met the diagnostic criteria for depression and voluntarily participated in the study. The patients were informed of the study protocol and grouped according to their willingness to treat. 70 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine. 73 patients in the discussion group were treated with Shugan Huoxue Yangxin decoction. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups of patients were analyzed, and the changes of Hamilton depression Scale (HAMD) were observed at different time points. Results:After 2 months of treatment, both groups of patients improved, but the treatment effect of the discussion group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the discussion group was even lower. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between the two groups before and after the treatment, but there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment. The discussion group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions： Conventional western medicine has certain curative effect in the treatment of depression, but it has many adverse reactions. At the same time, the improvement effect of depression on the patient is not stable. Chinese herbal formula not only reduces the incidence of adverse reactions, but also improves the symptoms of depression patients. Shugan Huoxue Yangxin decoction is safe and effective for the treatment of depression.
