摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察头针长留针配合运动疗法对早期帕金森患者运动功能的影响。方法：将58例早期帕金森病患者按随机数字表分治疗组和对照组，两组均接受常规药物、运动疗法和针刺治疗，其中治疗组头针留针3 h且留针期间行运动疗法；对照组头针留针30 min、取针后行运动疗法，疗程结束后观察两组的临床疗效、帕金森病功能量表UPDRSⅢ评分、日常生活能力ADL的评分变化情况。结果:两组临床疗效对比，治疗组有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；对比分析两组治疗后UPDRSⅢ评分结果、日常生活能力的ADL评分结果和治疗前的情况，结果显示，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；分析治疗组治疗后的UPDRSⅢ评分情况、日常生活能力ADL评分情况与对照组比较，结果显示，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：头针长留针配合运动疗法能够促使早期帕金森病患者的运动功能显著增强，日常生活能力明显提高。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the effects of scalp acupuncture by retaining long time combined with exercise therapy on motor function of patients with early Parkinson’s disease. Methods：Fifty-eight patients with Parkinson ’s disease were assigned,using random number table,to the treatment group or control group；both groups received conventional pharmaceutical therapy,exercise therapy and acupuncture therapy；specifically,the scalp needle was retained for 3 h,and exercise therapy was given during needle retention in the treatment group,while the scalp acupuncture was retained for 30 min,and exercise therapy was given after needle retention in the control group；at the end of treatment,both groups were observed for the clinical efficacy,and for the changes in Unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale III (UPDRSⅢ) score and Activities of daily living (ADL) score. Results：When comparing the clinical efficacy between the two groups,the effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P＜0.05)；in both groups,there were statistically significant changes in UPDRSⅢ score and ADL score from pre-treatment to post-treatment (P＜0.05)；there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in post-treatment UPDRSⅢ score and ADL score (P＜0.05). Conclusion：Scalp acupuncture by retaining long time combined with exercise therapy can improve the motor function and activities of daily living of patients with early Parkinson’s disease.
