摘要:
目的:观察补中益气方联合针灸治疗哮喘及对患儿大气道功能指标的变化影响。方法:选取哮喘患儿124例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗,对照组给予常规对症治疗联合针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气方治疗,分析两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、呼气流速峰值(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平较治疗前升高,中远端阻力(R5-R20)、远端阻力(R5-R10)、总阻力(R5)水平较治疗前下降,且观察组大气道功能指标、气流受限指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组核因子-κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-25(IL-25)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组NF-κB、IL- 25、IL-33水平较治疗前下降,且观察组上述指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为95.16%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气方联合针灸治疗哮喘疗效显著,可改善患儿大气道功能和气流受限情况,减轻炎症因子反应。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the changes of atmospheric channel function index in children treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Buzhong Yiqi prescription and to explore the therapeutic effect.Methods:124 children with asthma were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The two groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment and control group with routine symptomatic therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,and the patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi prescription on the basis of the control group,and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,levels of mid-distal resistance(R5-R20),distal resistance(R5-R10),total resistance(R5)decreased compared to pre-treatment,and the large airway function index and airflow limitation index in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups of nuclear factors-κB(NF -κB),interleukin-25(IL-25)and there was no significant difference between interleukin-33(IL-33)levels(P>0.05).The NF-κB、IL-25、IL-33 level of the two groups was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.16%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating asthma.It can improve the function of large airway and the condition of airflow limitation in children and reduce the reaction of inflammatory factors.
