摘要:
目的:观察展筋和血饮对腰椎后路椎体间融合术术后疼痛、炎症因子的影响。方法:将60例腰椎后路椎体间融合术后患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予抗感染、改善循环及腰椎功能康复锻炼治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合口服展筋和血饮治疗。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率和C反应蛋白水平。结果:治疗7 d后,治疗组总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4、7 d后,两组VAS评分、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率和C反应蛋白较治疗前改善; 治疗4 d后,治疗组VAS评分、中性粒细胞比率、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05); 治疗7 d后,治疗组VAS评分、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:展筋和血饮有助于减轻腰椎后路椎体间融合术术后疼痛,抑制炎症反应,改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of Zhanjin Hexue decoction on pain and inflammatory after posterior lumbar interbody fusion.Methods:60 cases of posterior lumbar interbody fusion were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method.The control group was given anti-infection improved circulation and lumbar vertebral function rehabilitation exercise.The treatment group was combined oral Zhanjin Hexue decoction therapy on the basis of the control group.VAS score,level of white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio and C-reactive protein were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment of 7 days,the total effective rate of 93.33% in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group of 73.33%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 4 days and 7 days,the VAS score,white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio and C-reactive protein were improved in the two groups.After treatment 4 days,the VAS score and the level of neutrophil ratio and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment 7 days,the VAS score and the level of white blood cell count,neutrophil ratio and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhanjin Hexue decoction can reduce postoperative pain after posterior lumbar interbody fusion,inhibit inflammatory response and improve the quality of life of patients.
