摘要:
李竹英教授是黑龙江省名中医、黑龙江省名中医学术经验继承工作指导老师。文章通过对李竹英教授的临床经验进行总结,阐述了李竹英教授对哮喘病机“阳虚痰瘀”的认识。李竹英教授认为痰、瘀、虚是哮喘发病主要病机。李竹英教授治疗哮喘经验如下:第一,温阳益气为本,治疗哮喘应注重温补肺阳; 第二,散瘀化痰并重,哮喘发病痰瘀与血瘀同时存在,治疗时酌加活血之品; 第三,缓解期要固本防复。
Abstract:
Professor LI Zhuying is a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor and the teacher of academic experience inheritance of famous traditional Chinese medicine in Heilongjiang province.The article describes professor LI Zhuying's understanding of the pathogenesis of asthma “Yang deficiency,phlegm and stasis”.Professor LI Zhuying believes that phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency are the main pathogenesis of asthma.Professor LI Zhuying's experience in treating asthma is as follows:First,warming Yang and invigorating Qi is the basis of asthma treatment,the treatment of asthma should focus on warming and tonifying lung Yang.Second,we should pay equal attention to dispersing stasis and eliminating phlegm.Phlegm and blood stasis coexist in asthma,and blood activating products should be added in treatment.Thirdly,during the remission period,it is necessary to strengthen the root and prevent recurrence.
