摘要:
哮喘是临床常见的慢性气道疾病,以气道慢性炎症反应为主要特征,常反复发作。近年来探索哮喘的精准靶向治疗已成为研究的热点及难点。Notch作为最基本的信号系统,可调节胚胎发育和成年期组织的稳态环境,在哮喘发病中发挥重要的作用。中药治疗哮喘经验丰富且疗效确切,研究证实,中药通过影响Notch1、Notch2的蛋白表达调节炎症,且可干预下游转录因子及部分配体发挥治疗作用。现就近年中药调控Notch信号通路治疗哮喘的作用机制进行综述。
Abstract:
Asthma is a common chronic airway disease.It is characterized by chronic airway inflammation,which is often recurrent.In recent years,it has become a hot and difficult point to explore the targeted treatment of asthma.Notch,as the most basic signal system,can regulate the homeostasis of embryo development and adult tissues,and play an important role in the pathogenesis of pathway.The results show that Chinese medicine can regulate inflammation and regulate the expression of Notch-1 and Notch-2 protein,and can also interfere with the downstream transcription factors and some ligands to play a therapeutic role.The mechanism of the regulation of Notch signaling pathway in asthma by traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed.
