摘要:
目的:探讨复方七芍降压片的降压及逆转左室肥厚作用。方法:将血压正常大鼠15只作为空白组; 将自发性高血压大鼠45只,随机分为模型组、复方七芍降压片组、缬沙坦组,并分别给予10 ml/(kg·d)的蒸馏水、复方七芍降压片、缬沙坦,灌胃。采用无创大鼠尾动脉血压测定系统监测血压; 超声心动图测定大鼠心脏结构; 观察心脏大体形态及计算左心室质量指数、相对室壁厚度; 查看心肌组织病理特征; 检测心室肥厚血清学指标及心肌和血浆血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)。结果:给药后复方七芍降压片组、缬沙坦组大鼠血压较治疗前均有下降,且均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。高血压左室肥厚大鼠给予复方七芍降压片或缬沙坦,治疗后两组大鼠心脏功能有所恢复。治疗后,复方七芍降压片组、缬沙坦组大鼠的心脏较模型组大鼠心脏体积、心肌细胞横截面积均改善。复方七芍降压片组、缬沙坦组大鼠的左心室心肌质量指数、相对室壁厚度均小于模型组大鼠,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。复方七芍降压片组、缬沙坦组大鼠的心室肥厚血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)均小于模型组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:复方七芍降压片对高血压大鼠有降压,逆转左室肥厚作用。
Abstract:
Objective:To investigate antihypertensive effect of compound Qishao Jiangya tablet and reverse hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods:15 rats with normal blood pressure were used as control group.45 spontaneously hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group,compound Qishao Jiangya tablet group and valsartan group,which were given 10 ml /(kg·d)of distilled water,compound Qishao Jiangya tablet or valsartan respectively by gavage respectively.Blood pressure was monitored by non-invasive blood pressure measuring system of rat caudal artery.The heart structure of rats was determined by echocardiography.The general shape of the heart was observed,and the left ventricular mass index relative wall thickness were calculated.The pathological features of myocardial tissue were examined.Serological indexes of ventricular hypertrophy myocardial and plasma Ang-Ⅱ were detected.Results:After administration of compound Qishao Jiangya tablet and valsartan,blood pressure of rats in the compound Qishao Jiangya tablet group and the valsartan group were decreased,which were lower than those in the model group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Rats with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy were treated with compound Qishao Jiangya tablet or valsartan,heart function recovered in both groups.After treatment,the compound Qishao Jiangya tablet group and the valsartan group of the heart volume and cross-sectional area of myocardial cells were significantly reduced.After treatment,the compound Qishao Jiangya tablet group and the valsartan group of left ventricular myocardial mass index and relative ventricular wall thickness were lower than those in the model group,difference statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum PCⅢ,LN,HA in the compound Qishao Jiangya tablet group and the valsartan group were lower than those in the model group,differences statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Qishao Jiangya tablet can reduce blood pressure and reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive rats.
