摘要:
腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病、多发病,病程较久,严重影响患者生活质量。李彦民主任医师认为络脉痹阻是腰椎间盘突出症的总病机,临床可运用“通络除痹法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症,在选方用药中多添加藤类药、虫类药和辛香通络药,自拟黄牛白龙汤和舒筋活络方内外结合治疗,疗效显著。在服用药物治疗的同时,李彦民主任医师强调整体调摄,筋骨并重,自创了五步理筋手法。文章通过系统整理李彦民主任医师对腰椎间盘突出症病因病机、辨证论治、理法方药、典型病例等方面的临证资料,归纳分析其运用“通络除痹法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症特色诊疗思路和学术观点。
Abstract:
Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a common and frequent disease in orthopedics,with a long course,which seriously affects the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people.Chief physician Li Yanmin believes that the paralysis of the ligaments is the general pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and treats lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with the “Tongluo Chubi method”,adding vine,worm and pungent aromatic herbs to the prescriptions.Chief physician Li Yanmin selected self-designed Huangniu Bailong decoction and Shujin Huoluo prescription for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and the internal and external combined treatment has remarkable effect.While taking medication,Dr.Li Yanmin emphasizes the overall regulation and pay equal attention to bone and flesh,and has created five-step tendon manipulation.In this article,through systematically collating the clinical data of Dr.Li Yanmin on the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,diagnosis and treatment,methods and prescriptions,and typical cases,the article summarizes and analyzes his characteristic treatment ideas and academic views on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with the “Tongluo Chubi method”.
