摘要:
NF-κB是经典信号通路,在肺部疾病中具有中心调控作用。通过查阅近年中医药作用于NF-κB信号通路治疗炎症性肺部疾病相关文献,对NF-κB信号通路的组成与激活、与炎症性肺部疾病的关系和中医药干预对NF-κB信号通路的影响进行阐述,发现NF-κB信号通路在细胞炎症反应和免疫应答过程中扮演重要角色,中药可调控NF-κB信号通路阻断或抑制机体炎症反应,可以为肺部疾病的临床治疗与新药开发提供理论依据。
Abstract:
NF-κB signaling pathway is a classical signaling pathway,which plays central regulatory role in lung diseases.We refer to the relevant research reports on the treatment of lung diseases by TCM intervention NF-κB signaling pathway in recent years.By elaborating the composition and activation of signal pathway,the relationship with lung disease and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on NF-κB signaling pathway,we found NF-κB signaling pathway plays an important role in cellular inflammatory response and immune response.Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate NF-κB signaling pathway blocks or suppresses inflammatory response.It can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and new drug development of pulmonary diseases.
